I have always been passionate about photography, starting when I was a kid using my first Polaroid to take pictures of nature, our family horses and whatever else caught my eye (I must admit those aren't the greatest picture, lol). Now as an adult with three kids, I want to capture every moment of life with them, memorializing each aspect of them, so they have a visual memory to look back on and reminisce. Wanting to turn this passion into a career and learn the technical side of photography, I decided to go back to school for it.  I am now a graduate of The Art Institute with an Associate’s Degree in Digital Photography.
